The Kid's Ministry Director at A Fresh Wind Church plays a vital role in leading children from birth through 6th grade to discover more in Christ in age-appropriate and engaging ways. This position is responsible for creating a fun, welcoming, and nurturing environment where kids can grow in their faith and understanding of who God is. A key emphasis is partnering with parents in the spiritual development of their children and helping every child feel seen, known, and loved. The Kid's Ministry Director will oversee all aspects of FWkids, including Sunday programming, events, and outreach. This role also includes recruiting, training, developing, and scheduling volunteers, as well as building strong relationships with families to support their faith journey both at home and at church.
