Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Litigation Attorney for our client. This job is responsible for contributing to a structured mentorship-focused legal team, collaborating with experienced attorneys, managing an established book of business, and delivering high-level commercial litigation services while maintaining strong client relationships and professional involvement in the legal community.What’s a Typical Day Like?

What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity. License to practice law in Commonwealth of Kentucky preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Established book of business valued at $200K or more.
- Experience with business litigation, insurance defense, employment law, and/or creditors’ rights helpful.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently but embraces teamwork.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to get involved in the legal and civic community.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
