ComResource is looking for an AI Engineering Manager.
We need someone to assist in building and leading a high-performing team responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop AI/ML engineers and MLOps specialists
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture guidance, code reviews, and proofs of concept
- Oversee development and deployment of ML models, LLM-based solutions, and AI-driven applications
- Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with governance standards
- Partner with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
- Establish and support AI governance, responsible AI practices, and risk mitigation strategies
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and LLM tooling
- Experience with GenAI solutions, MLOps, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desired:
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services
- Prior experience in regulated industries
- Demonstrated success fostering innovation and high-performing technical teams
