Role Description
As a Senior Designer at GPI Design, you will lead and shape design projects from concept through to delivery. You'll oversee technical execution, mentor junior team members, and ensure that GPI's creative standards are met across all outputs. Your strong design judgment, proficiency across tools, and collaborative leadership will elevate our projects and team. *Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.*

Pay: From $85K–$90K/year based on qualifications
Qualifications & Key Responsibilities
- Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design
- Minimum 5+ years experience working in design/architecture firm
- Fluent in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with Laser scans and interpreting that data a plus
- Experience with field measuring
- 3D rendering capabilities a plus
- Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Knows how to read architectural drawings and structural drawings
- Experience creating architectural shop drawings with an emphasis on fine details
- Experience working with engineers and implementing engineering criteria into drawings a plus
- Comfortable working on tight timelines
- Comfortable juggling multiple complex projects at once
- Skilled at finding design conflicts and bringing those to the team’s attention to solve
- Experience with project management software (TeamGantt) a plus
