Role Overview
We are seeking a professional Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our service guests, serving as a consultant and liaison between the customer and our technical team. Your goal is to provide a concierge-level experience, ensuring that every vehicle is serviced efficiently and every customer leaves with complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation: Greet guests in the Drive Lane, identify vehicle needs, and provide clear, professional advice on repairs and maintenance.

Workflow Management: Oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt and effective service.

Service Coordination: Manage technician time efficiently by distributing work orders and monitoring progress to meet promised completion times.

Technical Communication: Translate technical vehicle issues into easy-to-understand explanations for customers regarding warranties, repairs, and preventative services.

CSI Performance: Maintain a Customer Success Index (CSI) score at or above company and manufacturer standards by providing world-class service.

Operational Integrity: Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering necessary parts; ensure all warranty claims and documentation adhere to company and legal standards.
