Job DescriptionMancan is currently collaborating with a Kent-based company in their search for Packers and Secondary Production Assistants to join their 2nd shift team. This is an entry-level position, and rest assured, they provide training!
$14 per hour
3 pm 11 pm, Monday to Friday
Secondary operations are the additional steps that happen after the primary process, such as:
Trimming excess material
Drilling or cutting
Assembling parts
Inspecting products
Adding labels
Cleaning or finishing
Required Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Proficiency in following supervisor instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to tolerate occasional elevated indoor temperatures.
- Standing for 7-8 hours per day.
- Lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Occasional reaching upward and above the head.
- Periodic bending, squatting, kneeling, and twisting.
Candidates must successfully pass both a drug screening and a background check.
