\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (Required)\n
- Active Ohio RN license (Required)\n
- BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications (Required and active at time of submission)\n
- Submission of work history and current Med/Surg Telemetry skills checklist (within 1 year)\n
\n\nTravel Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed\n
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions\n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies\n
