A full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) opportunity is available for a K-12 school district in Pickerington, OH. This contract role spans a full semester, beginning ASAP through May 22, 2026, offering the chance to support elementary students across three locations within the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of up to 50 elementary students
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized plans
- Support student participation in school activities through targeted therapy interventions
- Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state regulations
- Travel between three district locations to deliver consistent, quality care
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and communicate effectively with school teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to support multiple locations within the school district
