Position Summary:

As a Host(ess), you will be our front line, the point of contact between our guests, and the full Triple Shift experience. The Host(ess) must possess strong interpersonal skills, a sunny disposition, and a positive outlook. They must ensure that each guest enjoys an outstanding experience by creating a warm and friendly environment that leaves the strongest impressions on our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Shows guests to their table and presents menus
- Own It. Know and adhere to the 5-10 Rule
- Maintain a clean and orderly area
- Excellence. Maintain solid product knowledge of menu
- Evenly manage the workload between servers
- Respect. Aid servers when necessary, while maintaining a watchful eye on the entrance to the restaurant
- Courage to communicate customer concerns and complaints to managers immediately
- Maintain a clean, neat, well-groomed appearance
- Other duties as assigned
