What You Will Do

  • Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment in new and existing residential homes

  • Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings according to specifications

  • Test systems for proper operation and make adjustments as needed

  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle

  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures and promote a safety-first environment

  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and builders to meet project timelines

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED (experience may substitute for education)

  • Previous HVAC installation experience required

  • Ability to read and interpret installation plans and blueprints

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer or tablet skills for documentation

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed

  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HVAC trade school certification

  • 1–2 years of residential HVAC or construction experience

  • EPA Certification

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Work performed primarily in residential homes and active construction sites

  • Exposure to all weather conditions year-round

  • Regular lifting up to 50 lbs; frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and crouching

  • Ability to work at heights using proper fall protection

  • Exposure to dust, noise, and construction materials

  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, and work boots
