Description: The RTS is responsible for driving sales performance through in-store training, strong retailer relationships, and consistent brand execution across an assigned territory. The primary focus is educating and supporting retail sales associates, with occasional interaction on the sales floor during events or peak periods. This is a field-based, highly autonomous role that follows a planned route, delivering product training, supporting special initiatives, and ensuring displays meet brand standards. The position requires strong time management, frequent local travel, and occasional overnight stays depending on territory, and offers clear opportunities for growth within the organization.

- 1 to 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (retail or adjacent industries preferred)

- Comfortable training and educating retail sales associates on product features and benefits

- Willingness to travel up to 75% within an assigned territory

- Associates degree required, bachelors preferred

- Ability to work independently with strong organization and time management skills

- Professional communication skills with a good customer-facing demeanor

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs

- Valid driver"s license, clean driving record, reliable personal vehicle, and credit card
