Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- At minimum, 2 years of experience working with cabling in a data center or telecom environment.

- For 4-5 years of experience, you may qualify for Data Cable Tech Level II.
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week.
- Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to be a proactive contributor to a Team.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning from and teaching other Team members.
- Able to distinguish color.
- Knowledge in the safe and appropriate use of basic hand tools both for the Telecom and Construction Industry alike.
- Exhibit the ability to work in a fast-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Be a Solid and Reliable Team Player. Report to assigned place of work on time, ready and fit.
- Ability to execute assigned project work with a High degree of attention to detail.
- Willingness to work days, nights and weekends as required.

- Have a reliable source of daily transportation.
- Read, write, and understand English.
Preferred Certifications:
- OSHA 10 certification.
- First Aid / CPR certification.

Job Description:
As a member of an onsite Field Team the Infrastructure Technician I will participate in the installation of Mission Critical Structured Cabling Systems in a Data Center environment. The standard work environment for this position is indoors, however work outside is at times required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to sit, use hands, stoop, kneel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The individual is frequently required to stand and walk. The individual must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The individual may also be required to work from heights and in tight, confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. When possible, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Job Logistics:
The start date for the Data Cable Technician is December 8th 2025 dependent on successful completion of onboarding requirements. The opportunity is a 6 month contract with potential for conversion. Level I and Level II roles pay between $22 to $28/ hour based on proven years of experience. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
