Attorney - Corporate Law

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Attorney specializing in Corporate Law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and various corporate transactions, ensuring that all activities align with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance issues.
  • Draft and review commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
  • Facilitate joint venture agreements and collaboration contracts.
  • Assist in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and negotiations.
  • Provide legal guidance on corporate structuring and finance matters.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all corporate activities.
  • Negotiate licensing agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Assist in the management of corporate records and filings.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in corporate law practice.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
