Heavy Equipment (Diesel) Leasing/Servicing company in Twinsburg is seeking a motivated, hard-working candidate for a 1st shift opportunity as an Diesel/Automotive Parts Associate. This is a Direct Hire position!

This is a great opportunity for someone with equipment operating, warehouse supervisor role experience or has worked in a truck dealership environment overseeing inventory.

This position requires you to be a team player and helping out wherever it is needed to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.

Automotive Parts Associate Shift Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm or 7:00am – 3:30pm

Automotive Parts Associate Shift Pay:

• $22.00 - $28.00/hr – based on experience and qualifications.

Automotive Parts Associate Job Duties:

• Taking phone orders from customers and seeing them through to shipping
• Planning and controlling parts distribution operations in order to assure efficient utilization of manpower, facilities, equipment and funds
• Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, stock keeping, physical inventories & cycle counts in shipping & receiving
• Pick up emergency parts from local vendors as needed
• Assist with collections on past due invoices
• Assist in identifying and selling overstock inventory
• Support service and warranty functions by ordering and/or sourcing parts, services and supplies

Associate Parts Associate Position Requirements:

• The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (listening, verbal and written)
• Must be computer savvy and able to learn new software/programs
• The ability to plan, prioritize and complete goals set to ensure both company needs and customer service standards are met.
