A-Line is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to provide on-site primary care services at a male correctional facility in Grafton, Ohio. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care in a structured clinical environment with a consistent weekday schedule.

Location: Grafton, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Some schedule flexibility based on operational needs; no evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Pay Rate: $65–$70 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site primary care services to the male inmate population
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Work primarily in a primary care and/or hospital medicine setting
- Document patient encounters accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to all correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of Nurse Practitioner experience
- DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) certification required
- Current BLS/CPR certification at a healthcare-professional level
- Board certification required and must be maintained
- Ability to pass drug screening and provide TB test documentation
