Hours: Up to 14 flexible hours per week

Your Responsibilities

As our SLP, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to pinpoint speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Crafting and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with clear, measurable goals.
  • Delivering direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students.
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to seamlessly integrate therapy goals into students' daily routines.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services.
  • Participating in IEP meetings as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • A valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • While experience with school-aged children is preferred, your passion and skill are key.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a must.
