Zahra Investments is looking for a Concierge Desk/Security Officer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and even better attention to detail. This position is based at our corporate office which houses a wide variety of businesses so discretion and professionalism is a must.

Duties:

• Greet and direct guests as they arrive.
• Assist the Valet department as needed.
• Maintain property security by adhering to access protocol and actively monitoring the entry and exit of individuals within the tower.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized concierge area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Present a neat and professional appearance.
• Ensure doors are secured properly after hours.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a security officer or in a related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
