ComResource is looking for a Business Enablement Engineer.
We need someone to assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining desktop infrastructure and applications, bridging traditional IT operations with modern DevOps practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain desktop engineering documentation and processes.
- Package and deploy applications using Ivanti EPM and Microsoft Intune.
- Implement and maintain security and configuration policies (GPO, DCM, Intune).
- Provide tier-3 support for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with Information Security to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain gold images for desktop deployments and assist in AVD configuration.
- Stay current with emerging desktop and cloud technologies.
Essentials:
- 5+ years in desktop engineering with focus on automation and scripting.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Ivanti EPM, and Intune.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, change, and incident management processes.
Desired:
- Experience with Docker, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Background in financial or regulated environments.
- Experience managing Azure or AWS-based infrastructure.
