Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead quality initiatives across manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet customer expectations and driving continuous improvement. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strategic project management to enhance overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Leadership:
- Define and execute quality strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary advocate for quality culture across all departments.
- Customer and Vendor Interface:
- Serve point of contact for customer quality concerns and audits.
- Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Collaborate with suppliers on corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Team Development:
- Supervise and mentor quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors.
- Foster a high-performing team
- Project Management:
- Lead quality-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve quality issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Drive initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Implement best practices for quality assurance throughout the production lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in manufacturing quality management
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
