Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Punch Press Operator at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where we produce specialized medical equipment and devices for emergency response and patient transport. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate punch press machinery to shape and form precision metal components used in life-saving products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values quality, precision, and teamwork in a modern manufacturing environment.Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate punch press machines according to production specifications
• Load materials into machines and monitor operations to ensure quality and accuracy
• Inspect finished parts using measurement tools such as calipers and gauges
• Perform minor maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
• Follow production schedules and complete work orders on time
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace following 5S and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Previous experience operating punch press or similar metal fabrication machinery required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Basic math and measurement skills, including familiarity with precision tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production goals
