Our busy, friendly single-doctor dental practice is looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to be the financial heartbeat of our office. You'll be the expert ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and the financial health of the practice.

• Claims Management: Follow up on all electronic and paper claims to ensure timely payment and minimal aging.
• Follow-up Management: Meticulously track all presented, unscheduled, and incomplete treatment plans, actively following up with patients to secure appointments and ensure case completion.
• Financial Presentations: Clearly and kindly explain patient benefits, estimated costs, and financial responsibilities, helping them understand their treatment plans.
• Payment Processing: Accurately post insurance and patient payments, and handle insurance appeals or denials.
• Administrative Support: Maintain detailed patient records, assist with scheduling, and answer patient inquiries regarding billing and insurance.
