Position Overview

We are seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to evaluate students, deliver individualized interventions, and collaborate with school teams to support functional and educational goals. This role may include floating between districts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to an assigned caseload
• Supervise OT assistants
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Participate in IEP development
• Deliver interventions that support life skills, motor development, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers and families
• Complete documentation, data tracking, and Medicaid billing

Requirements

• Current Ohio OT license
• ODE certification (or willingness to obtain)
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with children
