We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will leverage your project management skills, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of projects while providing strong visibility to various levels of company leadership on statuses. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external resources, overseeing project timelines, resources, budgets, and providing insight to execution during the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating tasks and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track and report project progress, providing clients and internal stakeholders with regular updates.
  • Will manage some projects interacting with Customers and internal project teams.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams and leadership to ensure project goals align with company expectations.
  • Facilitate meetings, both internally and with outside vendors / partners to review project status, address concerns, and implement improvements.
  • Provide feedback to leadership regarding timelines, deliverables, and any necessary adjustments to the project scope.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Track and report on project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the financial scope.
  • Communicate needs for resources efficiently and proactively adjust to project needs or changes.
  • Oversee project invoices, including tracking payments and handling any financial discrepancies.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

  • Address any stakeholder issues, project delays, or challenges by implementing solutions promptly.
  • Ensure smooth project execution by handling unexpected roadblocks while maintaining a positive project team relationship.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Stakeholder focus with the ability to anticipate needs and provide tailored solutions.
