Job Title: Powersports Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
The Powersports Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft. This role ensures that all equipment is serviced to manufacturer standards and provides customers with reliable, safe, and high-quality service.

Maintenance Tech Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on powersports vehicles.
- Conduct safety inspections and identify potential issues before they become major repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders efficiently.
- Use diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and manufacturer resources to troubleshoot problems.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repair needs in clear terms when necessary.
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Technical training or certification in small engine or powersports repair preferred.
- Previous experience with side-by-side repair is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical and fuel systems.
- Ability to use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
