Job Title: Mental Health Therapist - Private Practice

About Us: Resilient Roots, LLC is a well-established private practice and has been providing therapeutic services since 2018. We specialize in providing high-quality counseling services for children and adolescents and have built a positive reputation in the community.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and compassionate therapist to join our team at our office location in Anderson Township! We provide services to children and adolescents, and work closely with primary caregivers. Resilient Roots offers competitive rates per session as well as flexibility for their therapists. Candidates must be licensed in the state of Ohio (PhD's, LPCC's, LSW's, and LISW's may apply). The ideal candidate will be able to work one to three days a week and has the potential to increase to full-time hours with a growing caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family sessions to clients in office or telehealth.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external providers as needed.
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Independent licensure (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong background in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
- Experience in private practice or clinical settings preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
