3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience with ITSM modules; additional experience with ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or NowAssist is a plus.
Background supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or multi-region deployments.
Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the full duration of the project.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications preferred (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to support global rollout activities.
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications.
- Support the deployment of ServiceNow across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring stability and performance during deployment phases.
- Assist with data migration, testing, documentation, and user acceptance activities.
- Provide onsite technical support to project teams and end users throughout the rollout lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.

Daily operational support and global rollout of ServiceNow platform.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration tools.
- Experience with ITSM modules; additional experience with ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or custom apps is a plus.
- Background supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or multi-region deployments.
- Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the full duration of the project.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications preferred (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, etc.).
- Experience working in manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise project delivery frameworks.
