Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply paints, primers, and finishes to repair and restore vehicles after collision damage.
  • Ensure color matching and finish quality meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with other technicians and management to ensure timely and quality repairs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a collision refinish technician or similar role in the automotive repair industry. 5 Years Experience; ASE/ iCar Certification preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of paint mixing, sanding, and finishing techniques.
  • Ability to work with various automotive finishes and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
