Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Robotic Mower Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for technology and customer satisfaction. This role offers a significant opportunity for income growth through commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities:

* Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other methods.

* Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of robotic mowers.

* Develop a strong understanding of our products and their features, benefits, and pricing.

* Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and following up with clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

* Attend relevant industry events, training sessions, and sales meetings.

* Collaborate effectively with other team members and support staff.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology, outdoor power equipment, or similar industry.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

* Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

* Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Proficient in using CRM software, email, and other sales tools.

* Passion for technology and enthusiasm about robotic lawn care.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* This position is strictly commission-based with a high earning potential dependent on individual performance.
