Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Manager or Manager in Training to oversee operations and fuel our growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving company with year-round work, including winter services that you’ll help establish. If you’re a motivated individual with a passion for leadership and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pool service operations, including scheduling and quality control.
• Repair and service pool equipment; perform pool cleaning as needed.
• Lead the development and launch of winter services (window washing, knife sharpening, snow removal).
• Manage customer calls and administrative tasks (partially remote until a physical location is established).
• Order supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Help establish and manage a future storefront.
• Train and lead a team as the company grows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a pool technician, including repairing/servicing equipment and cleaning pools.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) or CST (Certified Service Technician) certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong managerial skills or leadership potential; prior management experience is a bonus.
• Willingness to learn pool service skills and obtain certifications (training provided).
• Ability to take initiative and set up new service lines (e.g., winter services).
• Valid driver’s license (work truck provided during work hours).
