Job Description
- Must have 2 years Hotel Front Office Experience, with a minimum of 1 year at the Supervisory level preferred.
- Directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties. Work close with Sales Department, ensuring all sales related booking information flows easily and transparently to the front desk. Ensure to constantly seek out ways to increase room revenue and occupancy.
- Direct and oversee all activities, ordering and scheduling of the front desk and breakfast area.
- Ensure the hotel meets /exceeds Guest Satisfaction Scores.
- Must have flexibility as hours will be subject to the needs of the hotel schedule to include working breakfast shifts if needed, night audit shifts if needed and double coverage at nights when needed. Filling in for last minute scheduling issues will be a must.
- Must exhibit great leadership skills.
- Must have great customer service skills and be able to handle any guest's complaints effectively.
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
