Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Pop-Up Hat Bar Stylist to join our team. The stylist
will be responsible for planning, setting up, and executing successful pop-up events across various
locations. This role requires a blend of creativity, retail expertise, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of pop-up hat bar events from concept to execution.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver a customized experience.
Oversee logistics, including site selection, setup, and teardown.
Collaborate with designers and suppliers to ensure a diverse range of high-quality materials and
accessories.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client and attendee experience.
Monitor inventory levels and sales data to optimize future events.
Train and supervise temporary staff during events.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning, retail, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
