One of Ohio's leading General Contractors is growing and has openings for Commercial Construction Estimators, Project Managers, Preconstruction Managers, and Construction Managers in the Toledo, Ohio area! Early career to senior level available! Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of Commercial and Industrial projects.

• Preconstruction(Manager, Director, VP)
• Estimator(Assistant/Junior, Senior, Lead, Chief)
• Project Manager(Assistant, Senior, Director, VP)
• Construction Manager(Assistant, Senior, Director, VP)

All construction candidates MUST have the following background:

• Currently working for a General Contractor or history working for a GC

• Experience with Commercial AND/OR Industrial Projects

• Project Cost: from $25 million $65 million or up

• Types of Construction: ground-up, renovations, additions, TI(Tenant Improvement), Tilt-up, Podium

• Project Types: education-K-12, mixed-use, restaurants, fast food, retail, manufacturing, warehouses, distribution centers, data centers

• Will consider candidates open to relocation.
