Midnight Shift Operator – Hubbard, OH

Prefer working while the world sleeps? Our Midnight Shift offers full-time hours without weekend shifts — perfect for night owls or those with daytime obligations. Join our team and help power production through the night.

Midnight Shift Details

We’re hiring for Midnight Shift positions at both our Hubbard facility:

- Hubbard Midnight Shift: 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM (Monday night through Friday morning)
That’s four 10-hour shifts with your weekends free.

Roles Available

· Bagging Machine Operators

· Assembly/Packaging

· SCAM Machine Operators

Pay

Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00 per hour .

What to Expect

· Clean, organized workstations

· Hands-on training with a day-shift trainer before moving to nights

Requirements

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Able to lift 40–50 lbs regularly

· Must be comfortable working overnight hours and on your feet

· Tow motor experience or willingness to train is strongly preferred

· Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
