HVAC Lead installer
$1500 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS
Gorjanc Home Services is a local, family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team.
Job Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Pay Range: $25.00/hr.-$35.00/hr.- Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Possess basic hand tools
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
- Demonstrated organizational skills: site paperwork, job costing information, material lists, etc.
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects, up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day
