Job Title: NetSuite Consultant
Location: Remote (Detroit or Toledo area preferred)
Employment Type: 6-8 Month Contract
Our client is seeking a NetSuite Consultant on a contract basis to support its IT operations during a period of administrative change and SOX compliance initiatives. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, this role will focus on reporting, workflow design, and role access management within NetSuite to ensure compliance and operational stability.
Your role:
- Develop and maintain NetSuite native reports to support audits, financial data, and inventory management.
- Create and manage workflows tailored for SOX compliance and operational needs.
- Administer role access management, including segmentation and separation of duties.
- Customize NetSuite forms and screens for improved functionality and compliance.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes within NetSuite.
- Gather evidence and coordinate testing for IT control implementations.
- Collaborate with internal IT and GRC teams to establish and maintain IT controls.
- Support occasional customization or integration projects, including potential Procore integrations.
- Adapt to evolving priorities in a small, collaborative IT team environment.
What you’ve got:
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite administration.
- Proficiency in reporting and workflow development within NetSuite.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and IT controls.
- Experience with role-based access management and separation of duties.
- Ability to support audits and produce audit-ready reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Experience with SAP 4/Hana is a plus
Preferred:
- Experience with Procore, Active Directory, or Office 365.
- Background in construction or compliance-driven industries.
