Findlay company seeks highly skilled and experienced ONSITE IT Manager to lead the technology operations and infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in both technical systems and network administration, combined with proven management or director-level experience. This is NOT a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the IT department, including staff supervision, project oversight, and strategic planning.
· Oversee the maintenance, security, and optimization of network infrastructure, servers, and systems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and ensure technology alignment with organizational goals.
· Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and hardware procurement.
· Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
· Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams as needed.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in IT management or director-level role.
· Strong technical background in systems administration, networking, and infrastructure.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
· Ability to work on-site.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
