Job Title: PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Creekside Care Center of Gahanna – Gahanna, OH
Job Type: PRN / As Needed

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver treatment programs that help residents improve their functional abilities and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as developed by the Occupational Therapist

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents’ functional independence

• Document treatment sessions and resident progress accurately and timely

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio COTA license in good standing

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
