Are you ready for an exciting opportunity?

  • We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join us for a temporary assignment. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - a straightforward and convenient arrangement.
  • Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming clients and guests, providing them with necessary information, and offering insights about our company as needed.
  • In addition, you will handle tasks such as sorting mail, maintaining organization in the reception area, and coordinating deliveries efficiently.
  • Furthermore, you will play a key role in managing office supplies by overseeing orders, ensuring adequate stock levels, and meeting the team's requirements.
  • As a versatile team member, you will be our reliable point person for various tasks - showcasing your ability to adapt and excel in diverse responsibilities within our organization!

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills with accurate data entry abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently, managing multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Commitment to company values
