Job Description

We're thrilled to welcome a Real Estate Salesperson to our fantastic team! In this role, you will manage all real estate activities and transactions for our wonderful clients. We're looking for someone highly motivated and a true self-starter—someone who can confidently close deals while making clients feel valued!

Responsibilities:

List and sell residential properties
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts for buyers and sellers
Host open houses and events
Prepare market analyses to assess property value
Educate clients on fundamental real estate procedures
Verify and disclose property information to clients

Qualifications:

Prior real estate experience is a MUST
New construction experience is PREFERRED
Familiarity with contracts and leases
Ability to develop rapport with clients
Strong negotiation abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive
