Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract assignment in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This position offers a great opportunity to support a munity pharmacy team dedicated to providing excellent patient care and medication support services.

Position Details:

• Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Schedule: 4 days per week, 8.5-hour day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Support themeds-to-beds discharge prescription program, ensuring accurate and timely processing, payment, and delivery of prescriptions

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients and healthcare staff

• Perform prescription and refill data entry, billing, and dispensing under pharmacist supervision

• Deliver medications to patients, verifying identifiers and offering pharmacist consultation

• Assist in managing third-party rejections and maintaining inventory control

• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure pliance with federal and state regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• pletion of a certified pharmacy technician training program (CPhT)

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration or certification in good standing

• Minimum of one year of pharmacy experience preferred

This position plays a key role in bridging inpatient and outpatient care through the meds-to-beds program, ensuring patients receive their medications before discharge and understand their therapy.
