What you’ll do:

• Manage multidisciplinary site/civil projects—from concept to completion

• Lead design and permitting for renewable energy, grid resilience, and mixed-use developments

• Oversee grading, drainage, utilities, erosion control, and stormwater systems

• Integrate geotechnical and environmental factors into sustainable land development

• Cultivate client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

• Mentor junior engineers and drive operational excellence across teams

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 10+ years of site/civil project management experience

• PE license (required)

• Proven success delivering renewable or infrastructure-focused land development projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D
