Occupational Therapist (OT/ OTR) - PRN | Unique PRN Opportunity at Foundations Intellectual Disability Care Facility
New Paris, OH

We are seeking an OT PRN for 1-2 times a month for Foundations Group Home in New Paris, Ohio. This role primarily focuses on adaptive equipment and wheelchair evaluations.

Schedule:
- 1-2 days per month: 1 Full day & 1 half day preferred

Requirements for Occupational Therapist:
Ohio Occupational Therapy license required.
Occupational Therapist degree required ( Masters or Doctorate)
Available one weekday per month
