Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling
This fall, take on a role that brings joy, purpose, and connection to residents’ daily lives. Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is hiring Activity Assistants to help plan and lead engaging programs that support wellness, creativity, and community in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center. From seasonal crafts and holiday celebrations to games, music, exercise groups, and one-on-one visits, you’ll help enrich the lives of residents while supporting their social, physical, and emotional well-being.
What You’ll Do

Assist with planning, coordinating, and leading daily activities and special events

Encourage residents to participate in recreational, educational, and therapeutic programs

Provide one-on-one support for residents who benefit from individualized activities

Help organize seasonal programs, holiday events, and themed activities that make each day special

Maintain activity supplies, program spaces, and accurate participation records

Collaborate with the Activities Director, therapists, and care team to ensure meaningful resident engagement
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience in activities, recreation, or healthcare preferred, but training is provided

Outgoing, creative, and enthusiastic personality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach

Ability to adapt activities for residents with a variety of needs and abilities
