Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk Support

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

Greet and welcome visitors in the front lobby, ensuring a positive first impression

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Mail & Office Support

Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming/outgoing mail and packages
-
Perform light administrative duties, including basic filing and document matching (e.g., purchase orders and shipping slips)

Executive Assistance
-
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling travel and calendar coordination
-
Assist with planning and execution of meetings and events (e.g., lunch orders, conference room setup)

Order and maintain office supplies as needed

Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
-
1+ years of experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or similar administrative role
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic office equipment
-
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
