Are you looking for a great side hustle? Did you know that all Non-Skilled Home Care agencies need an RN on staff for supervision of service and of home health aides?

Come on board as a Home Health RN Supervisor for Nattingham Home Care. We will train you, and help you get set up and launched as an RN Supervisor for our agency.

Nattingham Home Care non-skilled Home Health Agency in need is an RN to open cases (Takes 30 min to 1 Hour), and call every 45-60 days to check on customer happiness, changes needed, and care plan updates.

You would work remotely from your home and in the field as needed.

Contracted Role:

You would get a 1099 not a W-2 as a contractor.

You will be our Home Health Aide Supervisor.

Supervisor visits every 45-60 days for the Home Health Aides in the field.

Mileage is not reimbursed by our agency, however there are free mileage tracking app that you can use for your mileage tax deduction.

You will conduct initial assessments for Senior Citizens in their home.

Supervise/conduct Inservice & Annual Home Health Aide Training.

Clients must be seen in person at least 2x per year and as needed with change. All other Supervisory Visits can be done over the phone.

Observe employee skills and document. Recommend additional training as needed for staff.

Partners with Agency leadership to meet compliance needs and executing Care Plans, Supervisory Visits & Training.
