Are you an experienced LPN who is compassionate and looking to provide health care services to people who need it most?
Hattie Larlham ICF Group Homes is in need of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who can monitor, document, and provide health care services to persons served as outlined in their plan of Care and IHP.
Opening:
- Full-time LPN: 40 hours per week, 1:00 - 9:00pm, occasional weekends
- Opportunity for overtime & flexible scheduling
- Location: Oakwood Village
Job Duties:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor, document, and provide health care services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as outlined in their care plan. Nurse/patient ratio of 1:16. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, medication administration and active treatment of people served.
Requirements:
- Ohio or multistate Licensed Practical Nursing licensure required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification for HealthCare Providers - we provide free training!
- Valid Ohio driver's license.
- Requires at least one or two years of experience in a hospital, nursing home, or developmental disabilities facility.
- Experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- On-call required.
