The Janitorial Floor Technician will be driving to 3 different locations in Cincinnati to provide janitorial floor care. Responsible for performing janitorial floor work and cleaning assignments on a day-to-day basis according to the specifications stated or as deemed necessary by supervisor.

Requirements:

High School or GED preferred.
2-5 years of janitorial service experience including stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, carpet cleaning and operating janitorial floor machinery required.

Must have reliable transportation in order to drive to each of our 3 different locations.
Must be able to work independently after being given a directive. Must be a self- starter. Must know chemical and emergency procedures.

Must be able to identify and maintain the various types of floors installed in industrial and office establishments.

Must be able to identify and operate the typical janitorial commercial floor machines utilized in the cleaning of industrial and office establishments.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
Must pass initial drug testing and contract's security background checks.

Work Schedule:
Generally from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm; M - F (flexibility required due to special projects).
