Showcase Meats is looking for a reliable, experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values consistency, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Position Details
• Part-time
• 5 days per week
• Start time: 7:00 AM
• Shifts typically 4–6 hours, until the meat case is fully stocked
• Weekend availability required (preferred schedule: Sunday–Thursday)
• One meat cutter scheduled per day — dependability is critical
Experience Required
• Minimum 1 year of meat cutting experience
• Experience cutting boneless beef, pork, and poultry
• No band saw work — all product comes in boneless
• Ability to produce clean, consistent cuts with speed and accuracy
Key Responsibilities
• Cut, trim, and prepare fresh meat for the service case
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Properly label and rotate product
• Work efficiently to have the case fully stocked each morning
• Communicate with management regarding product needs or shortages
