Position Overview
We are excited to welcome a Prepaid Hotel Admin to our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless coordination and management of prepaid hotel bookings for our clients. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities will be key to maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process prepaid hotel bookings and reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with hotel partners and clients to confirm and troubleshoot bookings.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and support requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records, reports, and documentation related to bookings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
