Location: Norwood, Ohio
Pay: $19-$22 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday (Onsite)

Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized Property Administrator for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Norwood, Ohio. This role supports daily property operations and requires strong Excel abilities along with solid Accounts Receivable experience. If you enjoy a blend of administrative work, financial tracking, and tenant support in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Property & Tenant Administration

  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants regarding general inquiries, billing questions, and maintenance submissions.
  • Assist with preparing property documents, notices, lease files, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate scheduling, maintenance work orders, and vendor communication.

Financial & Accounts Receivable Support

  • Manage Accounts Receivable functions including posting payments, tracking balances, and following up on outstanding charges.
  • Generate invoices, monthly statements, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate AR logs and property financial records.

Excel & Reporting

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions such as formulas, sorting, filtering, and data tracking.
  • Produce routine reports for property management and leadership.
  • Maintain accurate data within internal systems and spreadsheets.

General Administrative Duties

  • Support filing, scanning, document organization, and database updates.
  • Assist with month-end reporting requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (formulas, data manipulation, spreadsheets).
  • Accounts Receivable experience required (invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations).
  • Prior administrative or property management experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional customer service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced office setting.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
